This private application routes explicitly selected team-channel mentions to the owner's assistant. With separate consent for one selected chat and operator activation, it can also route new direct messages from Joe to Migi in that chat without requiring a mention. It temporarily retrieves a message to check its sender and, for channel messages, structured mentions. The relay queues message identifiers and routing metadata, not message bodies. It provides no message-sending capability. Credentials and operational state are private to the operator's host. Access ends when the operator disables the listener or removes its consent.
